Hi, I'm Casey the face behind Main Acre Photography and I'm really stoked that you're here! There's so much I want to tell you but first and foremost I want to share about the kind of photo I like to produce and the clients I love to work with. I simply want to photograph you in your element. I love when my clients bring something creative to the table and think out of the box for their session. I'm looking for people who want to tell their love story in a messy and true to life way. I love a non-traditional wedding that still values the art of photographically documenting the day. I'm honored to photograph a family at locations that are special to them doing an activity that they regularly do. Invite me to your family's beach day, park picnic, or even something as mundane as your baby's bedtime routine. I think there are so many little joys in life and they're all worth photographing.
Now I'll move onto the main reason you joined this page, to learn a little about me as a human. The best way I can introduce myself is with a mountain of labels that I best fit into. I am a millennial/gen z cusper, a pisces and a boy mom. I have been married to my lovely husband for 5 years. We both share a deep love for nature and animals. We have a dog, an embarrassing amount of cats, a lizard and 13 jumbo quail, let me know if you want any eggs! I care deeply about the environment and being present in the moment. I have two little boys who make my whole world go round. I also have to little babies in heaven who never made it earthside but are with in many ways in my day to day life.
I do strongly believe that photography was my first love, sorry Josh. I have been photographing portraits since I was in high school. I went to a technical school for photography and have an associates degree. I photographed my first wedding in 2017 and was absoluetly hooked. I have over 200 weddings under my belt. I love when a couple simply does whatever it is they want to do on their wedding day whether it's every tradition or not a single one.
